Chick-Fil-A's Fan-Favorite Peach Milkshake Is Returning With A Twist

Chick-fil-A announced it's bringing back the seasonal fan-favorite Peach Milkshake on June 12, 2023, kicking off the summer season a little early. The quick-serve restaurant chain has been blending peach milkshakes for customers since 2009 after testing over a dozen iterations. The frosty beverage is handspun with real peach puree and the brand's signature proprietary vanilla Icedream dessert. The popularity of the summer beverage/dessert prompted the company to add a second peach offering to the menu this year, the White Peach Sunjoy.

First introduced in 2018, the White Peach Sunjoy is similar to the classic beverage, Arnold Palmer, blending lemonade with freshly-brewed sweetened ice tea, only this one has white peach flavors. Customers can add the white peach flavor to lemonade, iced tea, or the chain's famous Frosted Lemonade.

Customers can order the limited-time items through the Chick-fil-A app or online for pickup or delivery. Please note that the Peach Milkshake will be served without whipped cream or cherry topping and with a flat lid when ordered for delivery. Both peach menu items will only be available until August 26, 2023, and at participating restaurants while supplies last.

Another way to enjoy the peach milkshake

Thanks to creative Chick-fil-A chefs, fans of the limited-time summer milkshake can turn two orders into a semi-homemade no-bake Peach Milkshake Pie. The nostalgic, icebox-style pie begins with a crust reminiscent of Southern banana pudding with crushed vanilla wafer cookies (like the brand Nilla), melted butter, sugar, and salt pressed into an eight-inch pie plate. Alternatively, you can substitute crushed shortbread cookies for a more buttery option.

The crust must be frozen for at least an hour to set, giving you plenty of time to pick up two Chick-fil-A Peach Milkshakes (without whipped cream or cherry topping). Empty the contents of the milkshakes into the frozen pie crust and freeze the pie for another hour, but up to one week, covered.

Whisk heavy whipping cream with confectioners sugar until stiff peaks form, then spread the whipped cream, using a spatula or piping bag, over the surface of the pie. Before serving, garnish the Peach Milkshake Pie with slices of ripe peaches, berries, or more crushed vanilla wafers.
