Dark rhum and dark beer is as close to the dark arts as we want to get. But we’re willing to let this beer cocktail cast a spell on us.
- 1 1/2 ounces spiced dark rhum, add 3 vanilla beans, split lengthwise and 5-8 cloves to a 750 ml bottle of dark rhum
- 3/4 ounces simple syrup
- stout beer
In a shaker, combine spiced rhum, simple syrup and ice. Shake and strain into a small wine glass or rocks glass, and top with 2-4 ounces of stout.
