- 2 cups walnuts
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- Process the nuts in your food processor for 5-10 minutes or until completely smooth, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary.
- Add the brown sugar and salt. Process until smooth.
- Add more salt as needed for taste.
