Zagat released its sixth annual 30 Under 30 today, with some familiar faces appearing on the lineup. Chloe Coscarelli, vegan superstar and number five on the list, gave us a behind-the-scenes look at opening her first restaurant, By Chloe, last summer. Check out the list below:
