One of the best parts of the year for a recipe editor is rounding up the most clicked-on recipes and assessing potential trends. Once more, I see very few, save for the fact that you really seem to like delicious food that's not too hard to make and which sounds (and looks) appetizing. Oh, and everyone loves kale. Who would have thought that'd be the case? So I'm just going to keep posting the good stuff, the beefy steaks and comforting chicken recipes, all manners of pasta, potatoes, eggs and pancakes and everything else that doesn't involve painting a stripe of gastrique over a Möbius plate. The year 2015 is going to be a great one to cook!
