Everybody talks about food being the new rock, but Edward Lee shares an even more meaningful artistic/culinary connection in a forthcoming episode of Mind Of A Chef. In this video excerpt from Season 3's kickoff, "Origin," which debuts on PBS September 6, the Brooklyn-raised chef, whose home and restaurants are in Louisville, discusses his discovery of graffiti at age 13. Thinking back on it now, he finds the act of tagging is similar to creating a signature dish, sending it out again and again with subtle changes each time.
