Where can you watch Nine Inch Nails while eating a delicious sandwich conceived by a celebrity chef? At Lollapalooza, which takes place this weekend (Aug. 2-4) in Chicago's picturesque Grant Park. Besides a killer lineup featuring Trent Reznor's reunited band, The Cure, Mumford & Sons and dozens of other A-listers and up-and-comers, the monster music fest boasts a serious food program as well, curated by Culinary Director Graham Elliot, the man behind Grahamwich, Graham Elliot and othe popular restaurants in Chicago. Here, in a video from the Food Republic Interview Lounge at the W Austin during the Austin Food & Wine Festival, Elliot and his business partner Merlin Verrier talk about the connection between music and food, how they landed the gig running "Chow Town" and how important music is to the Master Chef mastermind in particular. "When you come to the restaurant," Elliot says in the interview with Food Republic Editorial Director Richard Martin, "I want you to come to my house. The music, the food, the design, the logos — everything is done by us." Also in the video, Elliot reveals details about his guitar collection and his favorite Chicago bands. Watch it here:
