NYC: Our Man Chris Hastings Is Cooking At City Grit On May 4
James Beard Award-winning chef and Food Republic columnist Chris Hastings, of Birmingham's Hot and Hot Fish Club, will be cooking at Soho "culinary salon" (pop-up) City Grit on Saturday, May 4. The man named Best Chef in the South in 2012 will present a tasting menu featuring Alabama Gulf seafood and Southern, contemporary American dishes from his flagship restaurant.
