Way up in the mountains of Park City, Utah, Hollywood’s élite stars, agents, media moguls and their requisite hangers-on (hey, Paris Hilton!) are partying, screening films, partying some more, and, it turns out, eating very well. Just like every other festival these days that doesn’t have food in front of it, Sundance is incorporating big-name chefs, culinary trends and copious food and booze brands into the mix of low-budget quirky comedies, offbeat dramas and kinky James Franco flicks

The guys behind one of LA’s rightfully hottest restaurants, Animal, lead the charge, serving up an ambitious menu with sponsor Stella Artois (the full menu is below); Sheila G’s Brownie Brittle is chipping in with desserts — including something called, intriguingly, a “stoner delight cookie” — and Tea Of A Kind and Icelandic Glacial water are also on the menu.

Meanwhile, Morningstar Farms ChefDance is now in its tenth year, features a cast of chefs preparing multi-course menus for invited guests. It wraps tonight with Marcel Vigneron, who’ll prepare a three-course menu for cold, hungry guests. (Vigneron tells us he’s already cooked this week for Sundance founder Robert Redford, Sharon Stone and Will Ferrell.) Other food notables on hand include the team behind NYC restuarant Ken & Cook, which has a pop-up outpost in Park City for Sundance, and Ludo Lefebvre is cooking at the Samsung Galaxy Lounge.
