See The Bocuse D'Or USA Team Poster
Yesterday, the twitterverse experienced a little burst of excitement at the release of the official poster for Team USA in the Bocuse D'Or competition, which takes place early next year in Lyon. We reached out to team officials and procured the real deal, below. It's a minimalist gem featuring a silhouetted likeness of competition namesake Paul Bocuse wearing a Stars and Stripes toque, plus the names of the main man, Team USA chef Richard Rosendale — who has been training for well over a year in a bunker! — and his commis Corey Siegel. We foresee this poster hanging in many restaurant kitchens around the US in the run-up to the Bocuse D'Or world finals January 29-30 in Lyon, France.
