The Wish List: Summer Evening Soirée

Summer is officially upon us, and that means the partying has moved outdoors, and the wedding invites are rolling in. At times, deciding on an outfit for an outdoor yet formal event is a trivial matter. There is one rule of thumb: Never sandals! Sandals belong on the beach — literally on the sand.
