With all the extra time Leap Day has afforded us, we decided to look back on our favorite recipes of February. There were many contenders for these coveted spots. NYC Greek mainstay Molyvos loaned us their famous moussaka recipe, Egypt’s first celebrity chef Ghalia Mahmoud kindly shared her technique for making the ultimate koshary, and we learned to spike seasonal sorbet with booze (it’s actually really easy, you should try it).
