This week we had the pleasure of allowing chef and activist Michel Nischan to take over a portion of our editorial calendar, a grand undertaking that sent us to his Connecticut restaurant Dressing Room to reveal three exclusive recipes (citrus dry-rubbed ribs, roasted tomato soup, seasonal chopped salad) and take a behind the scenes tour.
