The Moscow Mule is a great cocktail that stands the test of time, according to renowned mixologist Charlotte Voisey. "The trick is to enhance the zippy citrus edge that the fresh lime juice brings which is why I chose to go with Stoli Citros rather than just straight vodka," she says. "Good ginger beer is refreshing, while high on flavor with vibrant, tasty, almost fiery notes. This drink is always best served tall over plenty of ice to keep those flavors big."

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3 ounces ginger beer
  • Lime wheel
Directions
