What do you do if you're one of New York's most over-the-top tiki joints when Halloween rolls around? If you're Julie Reiner, owner of Lani Kai, you throw a Mahaloween party! Tiki Mondays with Brian Miller got a little bit crazier last night as some of the city's cocktailians dropped their politesse for the evening, dressed up like pirates and embraced their inner "yaarrrrrsss." Shiver me timbers, there was a lot of rum being shaken up in the house.

Brad Farran left his usual post at Clover Club to pour a few at Lani Kai, LUPEC lady Lynnette Marrero and her hubby Ty Baker were in the house dressed in their finest liquor swag. Joaquin Simo of Death and Company devoured a pupu platter. Maxwell Britten of Maison Premiere dropped in looking dapper and Raphael Reyes of 1534 popped in for a drink or two.
