To celebrate Marc Murphy Week last night, the NYC chef and TV personality hosted a happy hour at his urban fish shack on New York's Upper West Side, Ditch Plains. As Herradura margaritas and Marchesi Antinori Chardonnay flowed, the crowd snacked on lobster rolls and crunchy fish tacos. Ditch Dogs—the restaurant's magnum opus topped with mac and cheese—also made an appearance.
