Vongerichten alum/Corton TriBeCa owner/whimsical food artist (in addition to being the youngest chef to earn three stars from the New York Times) Paul Liebrandt has been followied by a filmmaker for a decade to collect footage for "A Matter of Taste." The documentary chronicles the life and career of a New York City chef and premieres tonight at 9PM Eastern on HBO.
