In partnership with Music to Your Mouth, Food Republic yesterday hosted a test kitchen and after-party at Little Owl: The Venue in New York City’s Greenwich Village. The event focused on Southern cuisine, recipes and techniques, with well known chefs from around the country stopping by during the day to film interviews, chat about food, mix drinks and experiment in the kitchen with Southern-themed dishes.
