YouTube homesteader/sustainable prepper (yup, that's a thing) GaryMule took some coffee grounds and zero dirt, planting pots or land and sprouted himself brand-new celery from just-old-enough celery. Ditto scallions — if you have a houseplant, you should have those pups sprouting up at all times. Haven't you heard? Scallion fries are the new onion rings.
