Mango is, to nobody's surprise, a very popular flavor of lassi. Others omit the fruit and add either honey and rosewater or salt and cumin as variations. While Greek yogurt is awesome and deserves every bit of hype it gets, regular, preferably homemade yogurt is the way to go here — Greek's too thick to sip through a straw, something you'll want to do.

I like what agave does for drinks and cocktails, it's more subtle and not as unabashedly sugary as simple syrup or granulated sugar and it dissolves way faster. This recipe for rosemary peppercorn lemonade definitely benefits from it, it enhances the bright yellow color.

In the dog days of summer it's a good idea to serve non-alcoholic drinks in addition to cocktails. Lemonade has long been a crowd pleaser, and this one adds blueberries for a twist on the traditional. It looks great in large vats or pitchers, eliminating the need for those elaborate floral arrangements you meant to order.
