Many in New York City — where I live — compare Portland to a giant Williamsburg. Yeah, sure, in both cities there’s fixed gears and a knockout coffee scene and some questionable tattoos. I get all that. But what people are missing when they compare PDX to North BK is the eating and drinking scenes. PDX wins. Big time.
