The mensches at Shmaltz Brewing Company have crafted a perfect beer for the occasion at their new brewery in Clifton Park, NY. Rejewvenator, as this annual release from their He'Brew line is called, is a combination of Belgian Dubbel ale and Doppelbock lager (known affectionately as a dubbel doppel). Just one of the many examples of Dogfish Head's outside-the-box approach to all things beer-related is its annual collaboration with an artist to celebrate its four seasonal beers: Aprihop, Festina Peche, Punkin Ale, and Piercing Pils.
