Dogs In Food Is A Bizarre Combination Of Cute And Delicious
Instagram is a mecca for adorable puppy photos and mouthwatering food shots. So why not intertwine the two? The creator of @dogs_infood, who chooses to remain anonymous, turned this very thought into a reality, photo editing pictures of dogs to blend into shots of food.
"People love their pups and love delicious food, so I thought it would make people smile to create an Instagram account that combines the two," Dogs_InFood writes in an email.
From croissants to soup dumplings, puppies blend seamlessly into gorgeous plates of food. Some are conspicuous like this cake pop, while others, like this one of General Tso's chicken, take a second to register and makes it feel like we're playing a game of Where's The Pup? The Instagrammer isn't limited to just canines. In fact, they've ventured into the land of other animals and has the photographic evidence to show.
"I may eventually expand to other animals," Dogs_InFood says. "I started the Instagram account @animals_infood, but I'm not building it out yet. But one time I food-ed a squirrel!"
Now, prepare to never look at food — or dogs — the same way again.
