Noma Is Auctioning Off Its Dishware And Furniture

Now's your chance to own a beautiful piece of culinary history. In preparation for its reopening in Copenhagen, world-renowned restaurant Noma is auctioning furniture, glassware, décor and dinnerware at the Chicago-based Wright auction house.

The auction will commence on November 2 at 8 a.m. CT and will be live-streamed online for all to participate. Expect to see everything from dining tables and receptionist cabinets to decorative stuffed sandpipers and pheasants. All pieces were picked by Rene Redzepi himself and were used in the restaurant at one point. They were also all custom-made by artists and makers in the Nordic region and will be priced between $100 and $20,000 USD.
