In collaboration with Miami pizzeria Harry’s, East Coast burger master Shake Shack will be releasing the Harry’s Shorty Burger, featuring the signature toppings of Harry’s Short Rib Pizza: slow-roasted beef short rib, arugula, caramelized onions and Gruyère cheese.

Harry’s is also releasing a Shake Shack–themed pie, the Shack-cago Pizza, which will transform the fast-casual chain’s Chicago-style hot dog into a pizza topped with hot dogs, sport peppers, tomatoes, mustard-mornay cheese sauce, pickles and onions. The collaboration with acclaimed chef Michael Schwartz’s Harry’s coincides with Miami’s largest art festival, Art Basel. Both the burger and the pizza will be available at Shake Shack and Harry’s Miami locations from Monday, November 28, through Sunday, December 4.

For those looking for more than just pizza and burgers at Art Basel, Southeast Asian night market–inspired fare will be up and running November 29 until December 3, 5 p.m. to midnight. Night Market at Pao by Paul Qui will be dishing out bites from notable chefs like Qui himself, Edward Lee, Erik Bruner-Yang, Christopher Haatuft and John Fraser. Seated, four-course dinners presented by the aforementioned chefs will also be available for $175 per person. Qui cooks for a private seating on November 29 followed by Lee on November 30, Haatuft on December 1, Bruner-Yang on December 2. The December 3 dinner has yet to be determined. Absolut Elyx will set up a pop-up bar in Miami Beach Edition’s lobby from 4 p.m. to midnight through December 4. There, guests can enjoy a 45-minute cocktail tasting menu and sample Absolut’s new line of luxury products. Reserve a table by emailing RSVP@elyxhouse.com. Reservations open on November 26.
