New Recipes This Week: Ribeyes, Grilled Oysters, Seattle Hot Dogs

Say it with me: hurray for compound butters! And I'll tell you why: they make everything better. Steak, oysters, uh...bread, you name it. Really though, when it comes to secret weapons, a compound butter customized for the occasion is a sure bet.
We grilled EVERYTHING this week: eggplant steaks, ribeye steaks, oysters, scallops, jerk fish, pork loin, everything.
