The Meal Plan: A Lighter, Healthier Burger Feast

You want a burger, and there's no problem with that...except maybe you've had a few too many lately. We know, we know, you'll tell us when you've had enough. But just for kicks, we created a lighter, healthier burger feast for dinner tonight. Swap beef for lean poultry — not too lean; we're all about flavor here — pull fries out of the oven instead of the fryer and fill in the gaps with veggies, and lots of 'em. Sweet tooth? We found a better place for avocado than topping your burger.
