Heineken Steps Up Its Bottle Design Game At Arco Madrid Art Fair
Spanish designers rethink the iconic packaging
The Arco International Contemporary Art Fair starts tomorrow in Madrid — an annual event where 202 galleries from over 30 different countries exhibit paintings, installations, photography, video, drawing and prints. As with all art fairs, there are all sorts of parties.
Earlier today (the afternoon in Madrid), Heineken hosted a lunch with world-traveling cool-spaces photographer Todd Selby to help celebrate the release of some very out-of-the-box bottle designs. Spanish artists and photographers including Chema Madoz, Juan de Sande and Secundino Hernández participated. And here’s a video of Selby documenting the artists’ creative process.
