All About Our Grilled Vegetable Recipes

There are few things more perfect than simple, perfectly grilled vegetables. Obviously steaks and sausages and stuff, too, but with all the summer sides under the sun, we're pretty convinced grilled veggies are the easiest, healthiest route. Emphasis on easiest.

I mean think about traditional potato salad, all swimming in mayo and possibly eggs — it takes like, 45 minutes to make (at least) and it's not incredibly good for you. Vegetables can go on the grill right alongside the meat (click here for more on that) and involve no peeling of potatoes or hard-boiled eggs or legit concerns about mayo in the heat.

The whole, unadulerated vegetable, grilled. It's a beautiful thing.
