Earl grey and Japanese tea notes come together

Another twist on a classic, this time by Dan Warner, former Global Beefeater ambassador. The addition of the earl grey infusion to this cocktail really lifts the Chinese green and Japanese Sencha tea notes which are present in the botanical recipe for Beefeater 24.

Servings: 1 cocktail
Ingredients
1.5 ounces Beefeater 24 infused with one Earl Grey Tea Bag
1.5 ounces Dubbonet
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
1 dash Maraschino liqueur
Directions:
- Stir and strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with a cherry
