This cocktail was created by Erick Castro, West Coast brand ambassador for Pernod-Ricard’s English Gins portfolio. It is a twist on the classic Southside cocktail, with the addition of sea salt and celery bitters bringing a crisp, dry freshness reminiscent of the California ocean breeze.

Servings: 1 cocktail
Ingredients
2 ounces Beefeater 24
3/4 ounces lime juice
3/4 ounces simple syrup
6 to 8 mint leaves
pinch sea salt
dash celery bitters
Top with soda
Directions:
- Muddle ingredients and shake
- Serve in a Highball glass and garnish with Mint Leaf
