Video: Michael Symon's Corned Beef Hash
Too much Jameson on St. Pat's? Here's breakfast.
Cleveland restaurateur and The Chew’s resident cooker of manly meats Michael Symon is Greek and Italian by heritage, but in this clip he flaunts his knowledge of an Irish breakfast time staple—corned beef hash. Symon's killer hash uses the leftovers from the St. Patrick’s Day supper staple, corned beef and cabbage. Diced potatoes and onions are cooked down in a little bit of butter before the corned beef is added. Top it with a fried egg and you’ve got yourself one perfect post-St. Paddy's hangover cure.
