The Mancini Cocktail

A smoky, spicy Old-Fashioned not to be missed

The Mancini is a twist on an Old-Fashioned using Meletti Amaro to add a violet-saffron sweetness. The smoked cinnamon bitters lends a smoky, spicy note. It's named after my friend David Mancini (operations director at New York's Le Bernardin), whose family lives in the town where Meletti is produced.
