A smoky, spicy Old-Fashioned not to be missed

The Mancini is a twist on an Old-Fashioned using Meletti Amaro to add a violet-saffron sweetness. The smoked cinnamon bitters lends a smoky, spicy note. It's named after my friend David Mancini (operations director at New York's Le Bernardin), whose family lives in the town where Meletti is produced.
Servings: 1 cocktail
Ingredients
2 ounces Mitcher's rye
1/2 ounce Meletti Amaro
2 dashes smoked cinnamon bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
orange twist, to garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and stir.
- Strain on the rocks in rocks glass.
- Garnish with orange peel.
