Pho Porn Is Making Us Warm

I did a smart thing just now. I looked for a photo...er...pho-to first, and discovered a humongous world of pho porn (phorn?) on Flickr. Rather than wax poetic on the aromatic broth of beef bones, star anise, cinnamon, onions and ginger, or praise the fact that chicken pho, pho ga, uses every part of the chicken (heart, neck, back, feet, you name it), I thought I'd whet your appetite for today's lunch with some good old-fashioned food porn.
Behold: bowls of steaming love, yours to garnish with bean sprouts, lime juice, basil, jalapeno, cilantro, Sriracha, hoisin and scallions as you wish. Is that flank steak rare?
