A spin on the classic Negroni

The Negroni takes a spin through Eastern Europe with the Negroski. This Negroni variation uses Sobieski Vodka instead of gin. Distilled from Dankowski rye, this Polish spirit adds a vibrant note that makes this a great year-round drink. Read more about the history of the Negroni.

Servings: 1 drink
Ingredients
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sobieski Vodka
1 oz sweet vermouth
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass half-filled with ice.
- Stir until ingredients are cold, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass, coupe or into a rocks glass over a single large cube of ice. Garnish with orange peel twist.
