The Man-Mosa was first introduced at The Chandelier Room's monthly Sunday brunch party this summer and has quickly become one of the most requested cocktails on the menu at this hot spot inside the W hotel in Hoboken, NJ. The mixology is simple, but it definitely gives male guests an updated take on the traditional mimosa by combining Stoli with Blue Moon while serving it in a much more masculine glass.
No offense to champagne and orange juice, of course.

The classic mimosa isn't going anywhere, but neither is this manly update on a brunch staple.
Servings: 1 cocktail
Ingredients
1 ounce Stoli Orange
4 ounces Blue Moon hefeweizen
4 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
orange twist, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients briefly with plenty of ice.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with orange twist.
