At a talk at the Times Center Saturday, Guy Fieri said he is in talks to open a restaurant in Manhattan.
“You want to hear a secret?” Fieri asked about 600 people gathered to hear him interviewed as part of the New York City Wine and Food Festival. “There might be a Guy Fieri restaurant coming to this island.”
Fieri said it would not be an outpost of Tex Wasabi’s, his restaurant in Northern California. He said that during his lunch meeting about the restaurant he ate a salad. “I have to keep this girlish figure,” he said, patting his belly as the audience laughed.
