  • 1 1 ½ lb. lobster 
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • ½ lb. softened butter, plus 1 tablespoon for searing
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • salt & pepper
  • Wondra flour, for dusting
