Nothing says summer like a lemon vodka spritzer

This refreshing lemon vodka spritzer cocktail needs nothing more than three simple ingredients. It's also low-calorie, leaving room for more important things (do we smell barbecue?). Skip the sugary mixers and try this flavorful, cold concoction, perfect for sipping.

Ingredients
2 ounces Meyer Lemon Vodka (Charbay)
ice
Club Soda
*fresh blueberries for garnish, optional
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the vodka and shake until chilled. Pour over ice and top off with the seltzer. Add a few fresh blueberries for garnish.
