Easy Queso Dip Recipe

About three dips in, you'll realize that you're powerless to resist the charms of classic, creamy queso. Feel free to make your own signature blend by adding a few squirts of hot sauce, crumbled chorizo sausage, cilantro, ground spices, roasted garlic — really anything you can dream up. Dunk homemade tortilla chips or raw veggies, top hot dogs and chili, or create one of however many layers your particular nachos require. And yes, we are telling you it's okay to use Velveeta in this instance. Just go with it.
Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients
16 ounces Velveeta, cubed
1 small can diced green chilies, drained
1/2 cup canned tomatoes, drained
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium, microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 3-5 minutes or until completely melted, stirring occasionally.
