A quick way to get a little heat into your meat

Marinating is a good way to get more flavor and tenderness from your meat, which is especially important when you are grilling, because of the quick cooking time. In this Chipotle Marinade Recipe, the vinegar helps to tenderize the meat, while the chipotle peppers infuse it with smoky spice.
Servings: 1 1/2 pounds meat
Ingredients
4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- In a large zip top bag combine all ingredients.
- Add steak and marinate in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours. Never leave uncooked marinating meat at room temperature for more than 40 minutes.
