Amquiri Cocktail recipe
A rustic French riff on the Daiquiri
In current times the Daiquiri is a much-maligned drink, frequently served frozen, super sweet, sickly pink, and often accompanied by some sort of souvenir toy, like an alcoholic happy meal. A classic Daiquiri is a splendid thing, full of lime juice and rum, so manly a quaff that there is a version named after Hemingway. In this rustic French riff on the Daiquiri, Blanche Armagnac stands in for white rum.
