The 10 ingredients you need to make the 7/20 recipes work for you
 

You're a busy guy. You don't always have time to marinate, soak, infuse. Cooking doesn't have to be so complicated anyway. That's why we came up with the 7/20 recipe.

When a Food Republic recipe is flagged 7/20, as long as you have the basic supplies listed below in your arsenal, you will get great results with just 7 additional ingredients and only 20 minutes or less of hands-on kitchen work.

That's it. Quick and easy. Keep these 10 things in your kitchen and then print or cut-n-paste a Food Republic 7/20 recipe, then grab the seven other items you'll need on your way home from work or wherever you're coming from. And like that, you're cooking. No last-minute pizza, no tasteless takeout, but a nourishing and fairly simple meal that's ready in under a half hour. 

Your Cooking Arsenal should include

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Vegetable or canola oil
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Hot sauce
