crispy wings with lemon slices and sauce

Why You Must Reheat Chicken Wings In The Oven Every Time
Reheating wings in the microwave often results in rubbery and unevenly heated wings, but using the oven can restore their crispy texture and flavor.
To reheat the wings in the oven, preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, place the wings on a foil-lined sheet pan, and heat for 10-15 minutes until they’re just under 165°F internally.
Using the oven crisps the skin while warming the inside of the wings. You can also toss them with extra sauce before serving.
Microwaving, however, can lead to uneven heating and moisture loss, resulting in dry wings as steam escapes from the meat before the skin crisps.
