The World's Priciest Bottled Water Costs Over $100,000
There’s nothing more luxurious than a ridiculously overpriced bottle of water. A bottle of Beverly Hills 9OH2O Diamond Edition had a price tag of $100,000 in 2018.
The water is sourced from the mountains of Northern California and was developed by water sommelier Martin Riese. Water sommeliers are dedicated to decoding the subtle flavors.
Beverly Hills 9OH2O was designed to be the best water in the world. It is sold in plastic blue bottles, has an alkaline pH of 7.5, and is enriched with natural minerals.
A standard 12-pack of 500-milliliter bottles goes for $42, averaging $7 per liter. The Diamond Edition had a cap made of white gold, topped with 850 white and black diamonds.
It included Baccarat crystal tumblers and came with an unlimited supply of Beverly Hills 9OH2O for one year. It’s unclear what you’re meant to do with the bottle caps.
