The Trick To Crispy Skin When You Reheat Rotisserie Chicken

To give your rotisserie chicken the same delicious texture as when it was freshly cooked, you only need to pick the right appliance and follow a few other tips.

To get the skin deliciously crispy, follow the same gist for reheating fried chicken so it stays crunchy: Use the oven.

Add a cup of water to the bottom of a baking pan and rest the chicken on top to keep it juicy. Switch out the water for chicken broth or even gravy for a richer flavor.

Cover the chicken in a loose foil tent and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for around 25 minutes. After that, remove the foil and put it back in the oven for another five minutes.

You can also reheat a whole chicken in a larger air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for four minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
