The Store-Bought Shortcut For Delicious Ravioli

When you want to get creative with your pasta filling, reach for fresh lasagna sheets from the grocery store. It’s a simple way to craft your own ravioli.

Place a sheet on a lightly floured work surface and slice it into even-sized squares with a sharp knife or pizza cutter. Then, place your desired filling inside.

Dab water along the inside edges of the pasta, or apply an egg wash with a brush. Fold the sheet over, press the edges together, and repeat until all the filling is used.

Remember that fresh pasta takes significantly less time to cook than dried pasta. You'll know the ravioli are ready to be removed when they rise to the top of the boiling water.
