Cooked ramen in a bowl.

The Missing Ingredient In Your Favorite Grilled Cheese Is Instant Ramen

While the idea of piling ramen in a grilled cheese sandwich may seem unconventional, the chew of the noodles combined with the crunch of the fried bread is next-level delicious.

Start by making the ramen per the package instructions. You can double down on the cheesiness by tossing the cooked noodles with American cheese instead of the seasoning.

Then, it's time to make the sandwich. For the crunchiest bread that will be hearty enough to hold the ramen, be sure to grill both sides of the bread before adding the cheese.

Once the cheese melts, add the seasoned or cheesy noodles to one side and top it with the other piece of cheese-topped bread.
