The Fruit That Offers More Hydration Than Watermelon

To maximize the water you get from food, some fruits, such as watermelon, are better than others. However, you can do even better with another fruit: tomatoes.

Tomatoes are made of 94% water, making them a great option if you're trying to up your hydration game. You'll have the best results when you enjoy them raw.

Try tomato toast, sweet cherry tomatoes in salads, or combine tomato slices with avocado, caramelized shallots, spicy arugula, fruity olive oil, and aged balsamic vinegar.

Start dinner with a Caprese salad, or top your burger with slices of beefsteaks. Be creative with foods that hydrate because they offer much more than just flavor.
