Can You Still Eat Super Wrinkly Peppers?
If you find wrinkly peppers that have been forgotten in the fridge, don't fret: as long as they haven't turned slimy, moldy, or developed soft spots, they're still safe to eat.
Get creative with how you use them rather than tossing them out, as they can still be incorporated into various dishes without compromising safety.
You could throw the peppers into a slow cooker chili, pot of vegetable stew, or stir fry mix. Roasting the peppers or stuffing them are also good options.
Super wrinkly peppers are still safe to eat but may have lost some moisture and texture, indicating they're nearing the end of their shelf life.
